Verification Exchange® helps streamline this process with our platform directly connected to employers and payroll providers to provide the latest and accurate information on employment status and history as well as income details.
Our solution is consent driven and secure, using globally recognised standards in security and data management. It helps you speed up the verification process, improve efficiencies and reduce your cost overheads.
The Verification Exchange® sources data directly from employers and payroll partners, ensuring the data is up to date and comprehensive. We provide details of the last 6 pay periods, a complete breakdown of base pay, bonuses, overtime, and hourly rates as well as details of employment such as job title and dates for each role.
HOW IT WORKS

Simply call the Verification Exchange® support team at 1300 598 889 with the details of the employers, employees and proof of consent from the individuals in the form we require.
STEP THREE
After we confirm the identity, employers, and the consent of the individual, we create the required employment and/or income reports.
STEP FOUR
The employment and/or income reports link will then be sent to your registered email to be downloaded securely from Equifax.

Please note that we only provide verifications for employees whose data has been successfully linked into the Verification Exchange®. We are not responsible for the nature or accuracy of employee data we provide, so if there are any data disputes from the employee, we will direct them to the employer.
