Can I get a free copy of my Equifax credit report?

Yes. You can contact Equifax to obtain a copy of your free Equifax credit report where:

  • Your credit application was declined. The request for a free credit file must be made within 90 days from the date your application was declined;
  • You have lodged a correction request and are advised that the information on your file has been corrected; or
  • You have not requested a copy of your free credit report in the last three months.

From 30 November 2018 annual subscription product plans (Equifax Basic, Equifax ID Basic, Equifax Plus and Equifax Premium) will no longer be offered to new customers by Equifax. Existing customers of these products can still access their subscription by logging into the secure portal.

If you wish to switch to a new monthly subscription, you will need to cancel your existing annual subscription and re-apply for one of our new month to month subscription services. Unfortunately this will mean any past Equifax Credit Reports, Credit Alerts and history in your Score Tracker will no longer appear in your secure portal.
